Tune-Up Package Options
For the most comprehensive service and the best value, we recommend choosing one of our complete tune-up packages. We also offer a la carte bike repairs if you're in need of a minor fix or adjustment. We strive to complete your bike service quickly and accurately. Single Shot Tune
Prepare your bike for a smooth start to spring! A single shot tune will ensure your bike is protected and ready to go!
$85 ($105 for E-Bikes)
Assess your bike and provide expert advice.
Adjust brakes.

Double Shot Tune
This service includes everything needed to keep your ride in top condition!
$185 ($205 for E-Bikes)
*This package includes everything from a single shot tune, plus:
Wash bike.
Service headset & bottom bracket.
True wheels.
Adjust hubs.
Replace shift cables & housing.
Adjust dropper post.
Lubricate seat post.
Torque bolts.
Check tire sealant.
Triple Shot Tune
An annual service recommended to keep your bike in peak condition for optimal performance. This package is ideal for pre-trip preparation or as a preventative measure to identify and address wear before it impacts your ride.
$385 ($405 for E-bikes)
*This service package includes everything from a single AND double shot tune, plus:
Bottom bracket overhaul.
Brake bleed.
Hub service.
Lower fork service.
Rear shock air can service.
Drivetrain clean.
Sealant top up.
Derailleur clutch service.
*** Need more? Let us know, and we’ll book your bike in for a full-day spa package. Your bike will spend the day in the stand, receiving a meticulous, full-service treatment. Every inch will be expertly serviced, leaving you with a bike that feels better than new. $600 (parts not included).
Qualified & friendly
Bike technicians at the Fix are highly skilled and professionally-trained. We can work on all types of bikes - mountain, road, electric – even your toddler’s tricycle. In addition to the usual tune-ups and repairs, our technicians are also capable of complicated overhauls and repairs on suspensions and forks.
Watch and Learn
We know that all the new fancy bikes and technical lingo can be intimidating. We’re here to walk you through it, and encourage you to get on the trails regardless of your skill level. Our repair area is purposely open so you can watch how we take care of your two-wheeled friend. Ask questions. We’re happy to explain what we’re doing.

A la cart services available. Need a specific thing fixed on your bike, such as your suspension serviced, shifting adjusted, or a flat fixed? We can do that. Give us a call or stop by and we can help.
Warranty claim policy
- At The Fix we are always happy to be the intermediary between you as a customer and the brands we represent when a warranty issue arises. The Fix is not responsible for replacing parts or bicycles that are under a manufacturer’s warranty. We will, however, do our best to ensure a speedy and accurate claim is made on your behalf.
- If you purchased a bicycle or component from The Fix, we will waive the labour and shipping costs on any approved warranty claim for up to one year from original purchase. Any warranty claims made outside of one year from purchase will be subject to normal labour and shipping costs.
- The Fix is happy to warranty parts and bicycles that have been purchased elsewhere for a $49 fee, plus any labour or shipping costs associated. We are only able to pursue warranties from brands that we sell in-shop.
- If you would like to pursue a warranty claim, please bring your original proof of purchase. Even if a product was purchased at The Fix, we may not have the original proof of purchase on file, and are not responsible for providing you with a proof of purchase.
Home Bike Repair
We recommend having a few products at home to help you keep your bike in excellent working condition between your annual tune-ups. We have an excellent selection of essential tools, lubricants and cleaning products, and quality work stands. Shop online and pickup your items for free on your next shop visit.
