Service Description
Barely looks or feels like an e-bike. The SX runs a lighter Bosch motor with a smaller battery, which means it's more manoeuvrable, more playful, and a blast for riders who want to feel like they're actually riding. Just with a little extra help on the climbs.
Cancellation Policy
Bike Rental Policy All rentals are subject to availability and must be booked in advance. A $1,000 deposit is required at the time of booking and will be released upon return of the bike in good condition. Pickup & return Bikes must be returned by the agreed return time on your booking confirmation. If you need to adjust your return time, please contact us in advance, and we'll do our best to accommodate you. For weekend rentals, pickup is on Saturday, and return is on Tuesday by 10:00 am, unless other arrangements have been made with the shop beforehand. Late returns We need our bikes back on time so the next rider can get out there. Late fees apply as follows: Returned late on the same day: $50 Returned the following day: $100 Helmets Helmets are not included with your rental but are available to rent separately — just ask us in-shop at pickup. Damage & liability Rentals are provided in good working condition. Renters are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear. Credit toward purchase Thinking about making it yours? Rental fees can be applied toward the purchase of a bike for up to three rentals. Ask us in-shop for details. Cancellations Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel.
